Bio: Lindsey is the owner of McMakin Veterinary Consulting Group, where she partners with veterinary practices across the country to improve profitability, operational efficiency, and team performance. With more than 26 years of experience in veterinary medicine, including 11 years as a practice manager, Lindsey brings a practical, real-world perspective to the challenges faced by today’s veterinary leaders.

Her expertise spans financial analysis, KPI development, inventory management, pricing strategy, and team optimization. Lindsey has helped practices uncover hidden revenue opportunities, streamline operations, and build sustainable growth through data-driven decision-making and customized consulting strategies.

In addition to her consulting work, Lindsey is a Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) and holds an MBA from North Greenville University.
