Bio: Dr. Valerie Marcano is a veterinarian-scientist, speaker, and poultry health consultant. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia’s Veterinary Medical Scientist Training Program and a diplomat of the American College of Poultry Veterinarians. Dr. Marcano has experience in research, diagnostics, government, industry, and clinical service, and provides education on backyard poultry medicine, disease prevention, diagnostic strategies, and veterinary access through ValCri Consulting.
