Effective January 2019, SB 1343 now requires that all employers of 5 or more employees provide 1 hour of sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention training to non-managerial employees and 2 hours for sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention training to managerial employees once every two years.

With the support of Compliance Training Group and TLD Law, the SCVMA is able to offer this training, online, in the convenience of your practice, at the nominal cost of only $10.00 per staff member for our SCVMA member veterinarians.

To qualify a veterinarian at the practice must be a paid in full SCVMA Member.  After that, any of the Non-Supervisory staff would be eligible to participate.  Staff would have 30 days to complete the one hour of training once enrolled and once they initiate the course.

Once payment is received, we will email you a coupon code and instructions on how to redeem the coupon with Compliance Training Group who will give you all of the information on how to complete the training.
