Being Proactive: A Multimodal Approach for Success

In this presentation we will review the appropriate diagnostic procedures when working up a patient presenting for a dermatologic condition and take a deeper dive into the pathophysiology of canine atopic dermatitis. We will then discuss a multi-modal approach to managing dermatologic conditions to help ensure successful treatment outcomes.  A thorough understanding of active ingredients in shampoos and how they can augment one another for our veterinary patients as well as how to utilize other applications options such as sprays, mousses and wipes will round out the discussion.
