How Efficient Space Planning Can Help Maximize Services In Your Hospital

Rick will share some  projects that showcase:

  1. How early planning and site assessment with your design team can help mitigate your lease negotiations with your landlord
  2. What information will be critical to share with your design team, to program an effective space plan that meets your needs
  3. What strategies can be utilized during the initial space planning phase that will help plan for current and future expansion needs
  4. How the early decision for types of treatment areas can help facilitate planning ahead for the clearances and code compliancy, that otherwise would have been affected during construction
  5. How space planning can help facilitate the decision for renovation/addition or new construction, and also strategize for phasing during construction
