Summary: Remember the days when online comments were simple to monitor? All a practice had to do was monitor reviews in a few key areas! Now, there are multiple ways for a client to communicate their satisfaction (or dissatisfaction) with services provided by a hospital. Reviews management is still an ongoing process, but now pet owners can ping the hospital through Google My Business, Facebook Messenger, and multiple other social media platforms that allow comments and contact. How can it all be managed? More importantly, what is it best to say? Join us to learn some reviews management tips and tricks, as well as software, to keep your sanity intact!
